Mission

Community Connections at Findley lake, Inc. gives residents of Findley Lake and the surrounding areas the means and confidence to live their lives to the fullest in their own communities.

Programs and Services

• CCAFL offers transportation to the doctors, dentist, and grocery store. Prescription and grocery pickup and connections with any assistance needed. We have two Medicare Counselors on-site. On staff we offer a Home Health Advocate & a Companion Home assistant. Our Community Education & Wellness Advocate plans many programs each month for all to attend. Yoga, Bingo, game days and much more! Aging in place is what were all about.
