Programs and Services
WQLN-TV 54.1: WQLN’s primary high definition television channel, featuring PBS and PBS Kids programming
WQLN-TV 54.2: the CREATE channel, a place for people who love to cook, build, travel and collect
WQLN-TV 54.3: the WORLD television network, a showcase of history, science, nature, news, and public affairs
WQLN Radio 91.3FM: producer of more hours of original, locally-produced programming every week than any other radio station in the Erie market, including classics, jazz, folk music, and community affairs interview programs. WQLN Radio is also the source for quality informational programming and “big-city” entertainment – including quiz shows, comedy, and world music – from NPR.
LIGHT THE WAY literacy project: pairs everyone vested in a child\'s education with WQLN’s children’s television programming to create family literacy workshops and community events to support education in the classroom and at home. Light the Way is a WQLN Education multi-year multimedia literacy initiative with an overarching focus on increasing graduation rates and ensuring that students graduate college or career ready, seeking to change the landscape of our communities where issues of poverty or self-sufficiency exist.
