Young Erie Philanthropists Education Session: Impactful Grants

Join us for the first Education Session of the year hosted by the Young Erie Philanthropists (YEP) at the Erie Center for Arts & Technology, 650 East Ave, on February 23rd from noon to 1 p.m. This is a great opportunity to see first-hand how our grant dollars are directly impacting and changing the lives of Erie County residents — AND --- helping to support economic, workforce, and community development.
Background Info: In 2022, YEP granted the Erie Center for Arts & Technology (ECAT) $15,000 to expand their construction trades initiative in Erie County. ECAT is an incredible nonprofit that offers programs at NO COST in career training and the arts. Through their tuition-free construction trades program, students train as carpenter’s apprentice, and then are prepared to work in a variety of construction jobs.
