Meet our 30+ NEW Erie Gives Participating Nonprofits!

  1. Erie Hill District Collaborative: The Federal Hill Neighborhood Revitalization Project aims to make a significant impact on enhancing the community's infrastructure and aesthetics. This revitalization project is a comprehensive effort to transform the neighborhood into a thriving, dynamic area that attracts and retains young people, supports local businesses, and enhances the quality of life for all residents!
  2. Explore the Possibilities: is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ensuring that children of all abilities have access to early intervention, life skills, therapy, inclusive sports, and advocacy groups. While early intervention is ideal, any form of support is crucial to advance our community in line with its purpose. Explore the Possibilities was established to provide immediate support to children and families as we provide the necessary support from the beginning.
  3. Heberle's Heartstrings: provides opportunities for new and aspiring musicians to learn and grow in their artistic abilities through an instrument and audio equipment lending library. We support musicians, singers, and songwriters of all skill levels in the tri-state region of Erie, Pennsylvania.
  4. Gliding Stars of Erie Inc.: We are an adaptive ice-skating program that provides individuals with disabilities the opportunity to increase their personal potential through development of ice skating. It is the philosophy of Gliding Stars of Erie to use the sport of ice-skating for physical, mental and emotional growth of persons with disabilities
  5. Joey Amann Memorial Foundation: The Joey Amann Memorial Foundation was founded in 2023 by his family and friends. The mission of the memorial is to support education, suicide prevention, and organizations that offer help to troubled individuals that are considering suicide. Learn more here.
  6. Destiny of our Daughters, Inc: At Destiny of our Daughters Inc., their mission is to empower young women and girls ages 8-18 to reach their full potential. They believe that every girl has the right to education, equal opportunities, and a life free from inequalities and discrimination. Through their programs and initiatives, they aim to create opportunities for success and foster a sense of empowerment and resilience among the individuals we serve.
  7. Side Project, Inc. – Food Advisory Council: Erie Food Policy Advisory Council aids and fosters the growth of Erie’s local food movement through policy, community advocacy, and education. They support their network of local farmers, give testimony about challenges/successes in urban agriculture to state representatives, and host educational events to learn and connect about food, history, culture, and the environment.
  8. French Creek Curling Club: French Creek Curling Club’s mission is to grow and promote the game of curling I Northwestern Pennsylvania with curling leagues and opportunities to learn to curl.
  9. Erie Pride 365: Erie Pride 365 is committed to championing the rights and well-being of Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+ individuals, 365 days a year. They strive to mobilize resources and create welcoming spaces, and educational opportunities that inspire a broader societal understanding and appreciation of diverse identities.
  10. Eriesistible Clowns: Whether it's for a local community agency, walking in parades or entertaining at parties, Eriesistible Clowns (aka Erie Clowns) have been delivering smiles and laughter for generations, and plan to for many more generations to come!
  11. Corry Gridiron Club: Our goal is to develop and lead by example on how they can be respectful sons and daughters, good friends, future employees, spouses, parents and coaches. We are committed to supporting our youth during the journey of learning life's lessons. We support 130+ players, and our program is growing!
  12. Wildlife In Need Emergency Response of Pennsylvania: In 2023, we responded to well over 3000 calls from the public, and the numbers have already surpassed 3,500 thus far in 2024. Without WIN, many, many animals would suffer and die, often due to illnesses or injuries directly related to unnatural causes (e.g., vehicle strikes, lead poisoning, habitat destruction). The number of wildlife helped can continue to grow with your support and more volunteers!
  13. Unity in Edinboro: In the heart of Edinboro, Pennsylvania, stands a place unlike any other. Unity in Edinboro isn't merely a building; it's a sanctuary—a haven where souls converge, hearts open, and healing unfolds.
  14. Lawrence Park Historical Society: An all-volunteer organization which was formed in 1976 to collect and archive historical documents and ephemera pertaining to Lawrence Park Township and make them available to the public. Today, it is located in the Lawrence Park Township Building and maintains a collection of local artifacts, house histories, photographs, blueprints, memoirs, school yearbooks, banners and scrapbooks from Lawrence Park.   15. Afghan Community of Erie Pennsylvania: Afghan Community of Erie Pennsylvania has a mission to develop the livelihood of Afghans in Erie, helping them feel welcomed and a part of the community.
  16. 88 Live to Ride Inc: 88 Live to Ride was founded in dedication of professional ATVMX rider, Matt Bartosek, who died competing in the 2003 Winter Olympics. This organization was created in hopes of helping other passionate riders stay safe while competing.
  17. North East Sports Boosters Inc.: The North East Sports Boosters want to foster, reward, cultivate, advance, support, and promote the PIAA Athletes and PIAA athletic programs in the North East School District. (from website)
  18. Boosters of Camp Cadet: The Boosters of Camp Cadet strive to support the young men and young women through their journey at camp as they develop as young cadets. At camp, the young cadets are learning self-discipline and self-esteem as well as the importance of respect and relationships with law enforcement personnel.
  19. Community Cornerstone Project: Community Cornerstone Project works to rebuild, strengthen, and equalize the community through strong relationships and partnerships through educating and training.
  20. Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing: Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing began in 2005 with an intention of serving wounded military service members who are returning home from combat in Iraq and Afghanistan. Project Healing Waters is now nationwide, after establishing their highly successful program.
  21. The Contemporary Integrational Orchestra Project: The Contemporary Integrational Orchestra Project is a noncompetitive, nonpolitical orchestra composed of professionals and students. Their purpose is to showcase their talent for art, through a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
  22. Erie Neighborhood Growth Partnership: The Erie Neighborhood Growth Partnership’s mission is to collaborate and mobilize leadership, expertise, and resources to sustain business, create jobs, grow investments, enrich life, and improve the economy.
  23. Central Erie County Paramedic Association: The Central Erie County Paramedic Association (CECPA) is owned and operated by three volunteer fire departments who work closely with the volunteer ambulance crews to provide quick and efficient care and transportation to those in need. CECPA currently has two operating Squad Units and responds to 1,200 calls annually.
  24. Erie Club for Reed Mansion Fund: Charles Manning Reed was the son of Rufus Seth Reed, one of Erie’s first settlers. Charles Manning Reed continued in his father’s footsteps, with interests in banking, railroads, the Erie Canal, shipping lines, etc. He was said to be one of the richest men in Erie in the mid-1800s and possibly one of the richest men west of New York City. In 1846, Reed began the construction of his young bride’s mansion. The Greek inspired mansion, shown with its big pillars and welcoming “goddesses,” still stands today, and is now mor widely known as the Erie Club.
  25. Faces of Erie: Faces of Erie believes that everyone has a story to tell, and that that is what makes a community so special. Diversity and experiences are what make each individual unique, shaping the heart of our community, and Faces of Erie showcases those diverse qualities, threading together the fabric of our community.
  26. Harborcreek Little Huskies Wrestling Club: Harborcreek Little Huskies Wrestling Club supports young athletes as they learn the basics of wrestling.
  27. Edinboro United Methodist Church: Edinboro United Methodist Church joins with the Holy Spirit to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. They offer a community of believers who want to grow in their faith.
  28. Lake Erie Ballet Company: The Lake Erie Ballet Company, or LEBC, is committed to offering the highest level of dance education through performance opportunities to local performing artists and aspiring dance and acting performers. (from website)
  29. Union City Alumni Association: The Union City Alumni Association promotes strong community of spirit among graduates of the school of Union City, Pennsylvania. Each year they host events that welcome home alumni for the chance to reconnect and catch up, keeping in touch with past and present residents.

  32. McDowell Softball Boosters: McDowell Softball Boosters support the McDowell girls’ varsity softball team as they train, compete, and grow as athletes during their High School career.
  33. Mount Calvary Lutheran Church: Mount Calvary Lutheran Church is a community that is committed to the work of racial equity, bringing justice for God’s disciples. Everyone is accepted and appreciated as a child of God.
  34. Second Baptist Church: Second Baptist Church inspires their parishioners to live their lives as disciples of Christ. They strive to follow the Gospel and care for their fellow Brothers and Sisters in Christ.
  35. You Matter Foundation, Inc.: You Matter Foundation hopes to better humanity by providing education and training through trauma-informed care, peer support, collaboration, and empowerment to all individuals who seek help.
  36. Project Algerine: Project Algerine’s mission is to create educational and historical experiences for the Erie community using new, cutting-edge technology and film. This gives the residents a real-life experience for historical events they hear of.
  37. Avery’s Pawsitive Change Pet Food Pantry: Avery’s Pawsitive Change Pet Food Pantry was established in 2020 with the mission of feeding animals in need because “no pet should go hungry.” They take donations of pet food, which they distribute to animal shelters and families, to ensure that all animals are fed each day.
  38. 3 PillarZ Farm: 3 Pillarz Farm’s mission is to teach the next generation of farmers, showing them how fun and rewarding the field of work is! They host both fun and educational events in hopes of reconnecting a positive relationship between people, animals, and food.
  39. LiftGirlslift: LiftGirlslift serves women in the Erie community who may not have access to health and wellness. They help women who come in seeking a healthier lifestyle/mindset, and through physical fitness and proper nutrition, LiftGirlslift helps them accomplish that exact goal! Women get one on one care throughout a 16-week process. At the end, participants receive a gym membership to assist them in continuing their healthy lifestyle.
