If your organization has received either a Helping Today or Shaping Tomorrow grant from The Erie Community Foundation within the last two years and has either an outstanding grant report OR a grant report due before May 1, please use the links below to complete the required reports.
As you know, The Erie Community Foundation recently transistioned to a new online grant portal, GOapply. We have learned that any materials including applications and reports on our previous grants system, Foundant, cannot be transferred to GOapply.
What that means to you is when you register on the GOapply system, you will not see any assigned reports. If you are unsure of your organization’s report status, you can view your profile and due dates on the Foundant system. Simply click here.
Please note: If you want copies of your prior grant applications from Foundant, you have until March 31st to download those documents. Our Foundant contract expires the next day. If you have any questions, send us an email by clicking here.
