Giving back to Erie Gives donors!

Erie Gives has become an important day to our nonprofit sector, thanks largely to the generous support of donors.  Last year, over $4.4 million was raised for over 300 nonprofits in just 12 hours. This year, as a way to say thank you to Erie Gives donors, The Erie Community Foundation has teamed up with local businesses to give back. Every hour during Erie Gives, we will give away a gift card donated by a local business to an Erie Gives donor.

Here is how it works:

  • Make a donation to your favorite nonprofit(s) on Erie Gives, Tuesday, August 13, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. at www.eriegives.org. All donations will receive a portion of the prorated match pool.
  • Create a post using the hashtag #IgaveErieGives2019 on Facebook or Twitter
  • Check our social media to find out if you are the lucky winner! Find us on Twitter @theECF1935 or on Facebook @TheErieCommunityFoundation
  • Once you post the hashtag, you will be entered to win any of the gift cards for the remainder of the day; however, there will be no repeat winners.

9:00 a.m.

  • $15 gift card donated by Sara’s Restaurant
  • 2 tickets to Splash Lagoon donated by Scott Enterprises

10:00 a.m.

  •  $15 gift card donated by the Preppy Pickle
  • 2 tickets to Splash Lagoon donated by Scott Enterprises

11:00 a.m.

  • $10 gift card, a ticket for a free drink, and a reusable mason jar donated by the Juice Jar
  • $10 gift card donated by PopLuck
  • 2 tickets to Splash Lagoon donated by Scott Enterprises

12:00 p.m.

  • 5 winners will receive a $20 gift card donated by The Brewerie at Union Station
  •  2 tickets to Splash Lagoon donated by Scott Enterprises

1:00 p.m.

  • $25 gift card donated by Icing on the Lake
