If you want to learn and see first-hand how grant dollars are directly impacting and changing the lives of Erie County residents — AND helping to support economic, workforce, and community development, the Young Erie Philanthropist Education Session is the event for you!
Mark your calendar for Friday, February 23 from noon to 1 p.m. to attend the session at the Erie Center for Arts & Technology, 650 East Ave, Erie PA 16503. To register, click here.
Background Information: In 2022, the Young Erie Philanthropists granted $15,000 to the Erie Center for Arts & Technology (ECAT) to expand their construction trades initiative in Erie County. ECAT is an incredible nonprofit that offers programs at NO COST in career training and the arts. Through ECAT's tuition-free construction trades program, students train as carpenter’s apprentice, and then are prepared to work in a variety of construction jobs.
